These practice sessions are only for those who have participated in the Learn Mindfulness Meditation 10-Week or Mindfulness for Educators class series. This series intends to deepen your relationship with the meditative practices.

The Sessions …

The Saturday, January 18th session will review and refresh what was learned in the Mindfulness Meditation classes.

After the refresher class, the sessions move outdoors to Hill Canyon Park. We’ll discuss Mindfulness experiences from the previous week, followed by a gentle yoga warm up. Then we will meditate for 20 – 30 minutes in this beautiful setting and conclude with suggested Mindfulness practices for the following week.

The intention is to cultivate a daily meditation and mindfulness practice in the days between sessions, as best you can.
